RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You can return a Zovari item that you purchased directly from zovari.com as long as it is unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with tags attached. This may be returned for a refund for any reason within 30 days from the ship date.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Zovari will refund the purchase price of merchandise, or exchange the item for an item of the same value, if returned according to the below conditions:

1. The item MUST be unworn. The item needs to be is in its original condition: merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted;

2. Is accompanied by the original invoice, all original Zovari packaging;

3. The security return/exchange label is intact and attached to the item;

4. The return is requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Zovari reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Zovari's sole discretion.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Within 30 days of receiving your order, request a return or exchange by contacting us at customerservice@zovari.com
Once approved, Zovari will arrange for collection of the return.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR REFUND TO BE ISSUED?
Merchandise returned to Zovari will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your return has been processed and your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilised for payment. Please note that once a refund is processed by Zovari, it may take 10-15 working days for the funds to be available in your account. Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
